24 Artists from the Portsmouth area have donated tracks for this compilation. Some of the tracks are from the artists back catalog, whilst others are new unreleased tracks and original pieces created for the compilation.
The artists involved cover a broad spectrum of styles and sounds from Folk and Roots to Experimental Electronica via Grunge, Post-Punk, Garage and everything in between!

Proceeds of the sale of this cassette-only compilation will go towards saving local music institutions; our independent venues, our recording studios and our rehearsal spaces who are all currently out of action due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

The compilation is released on Brutalist Records, a local independent DIY label, specialising in small-run cassette releases of emerging independent talent. The back-catalog of the label includes Horseflies, The Howlers, Ban Summers and Japanese Television.
